The house
An intimate address,
in the heart of the Presqu’île.
After ten years in some of the finest kitchens in Lyon and Paris, Élise Marchand opened Maison Ardoise in 2019, in an old vaulted cellar on rue Mercière. Her idea: a restaurant that is ambitious but never intimidating, where guests come as much for the flavours as for the moment.
Vegetables from a farm in the Monts d’Or, poultry from the Dombes, fish from the Alpine lakes: the chef works directly with some fifteen producers, and visits each of them every season.
