Data collected through the contact form

When you use the form, the following data is collected: name, company, email address, phone number, project type, budget and message.

• Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention period: 3 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship exists.
• Recipients: Guryx only. Emails are delivered through the Resend service (data processor).

Cookies and analytics

No non-essential cookies are set without your consent. If you accept them through the cookie banner, the following tools may be enabled:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) — anonymised audience measurement. Duration: 13 months maximum.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) — measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Duration: 13 months maximum.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 13 months. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page, or by clearing your browsing data.

A technical cookie (guryx-lang) remembers the language you chose with the FR | EN switcher for 12 months. It is required for the feature you requested and is never used for tracking.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, États-Unis). Technical data (IP address, connection logs) may be processed by the host to ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@guryx.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
